Deposits made to your Crackzone wallet are generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or due to confirmed technical errors.

2. Failed Transactions

If money is debited but wallet credit is not received, the transaction is reviewed. Resolution may take 3 to 7 business days depending on payment partner timelines.

3. Match Entry Fees

Entry fees may be refunded in cases such as match cancellation, server failure, or organizer-side cancellation according to match rules.

4. Withdrawals

Approved withdrawals are processed to registered payment details. Delays may occur due to banking hours, verification checks, or compliance review.

5. Chargebacks and Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks, abuse of promotional credits, or fraudulent refund claims may lead to account suspension and legal action.
