These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Crackzone mobile application and related services operated by Ganesh Shah.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally eligible to participate in skill-based gaming as per applicable law in your region. Users under 18 years of age are not allowed to use paid contests.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for account credentials, profile accuracy, and activity performed through your account. Multiple or fake accounts may be suspended.

3. Tournament and Match Rules

All tournaments and custom matches are subject to in-app rules, entry fees, prize pool structure, and result-verification procedures.

4. Wallet, Deposits, and Withdrawals

Wallet usage may require identity verification. Processing times for payment and withdrawal depend on payment partners and bank systems.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Cheating, collusion, manipulation, abuse, fraud, hate speech, harassment, and unauthorized technical exploitation are strictly prohibited.

6. Suspension and Termination

Crackzone may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, legal requirements, or fair-play policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Crackzone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
